By accessing and using the Ownertoken platform, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

Ownertoken is a play-to-earn and watch-to-earn platform where users can play games, watch advertisements, and earn OW tokens as rewards.

You must create an account to use our services. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account.

Users must connect a compatible crypto wallet (currently MetaMask) to participate in token transactions. You are responsible for the security of your wallet and private keys.

Rewards are earned through legitimate gameplay and ad viewing. Any attempts to exploit, cheat, or manipulate the system will result in account suspension and forfeiture of rewards.

OW tokens have no guaranteed value and may fluctuate in price. Staking tokens may involve risks, and rewards are not guaranteed. Users participate at their own risk.

Users may not engage in fraudulent activities, create multiple accounts, use automated tools or bots, or attempt to exploit vulnerabilities in our system.

All content, games, and materials on our platform are protected by intellectual property rights. Users may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works without permission.

Ownertoken shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our platform or services.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend accounts that violate these terms or engage in prohibited activities, with or without notice.

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of our platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
